At a gala dinner, D. Tebboune was requested by a steel fabricator to help him optimizing his production. After a few months of collaboration, working on the information flow, he increased the production by 20 % without making any material investment.

As he came to detect a specific business need, he decided to continue his work. He began by reducing the paper flow of the company and then grouped into an editor, the preparation of the programs in the office, parts tracking and fabrication launches. He had the idea to create a drawing program containing all the information related to the fabrication of a part.

He then concentrated on post-processing this data to the CNC, and developed a program combining in a single file, all parts programs to be fabricated on several different machines.

During the past 20 years, SP has evolved from a simple solution for machine tools, to a complete solution for information and production management for the steel construction industry.

Since 1994, SP has created significant strategic partnerships that permitted the company to grow significantly, with strong activity outside the French territory: Europe, North America, South America, Asia, Middle East, Africa and Australia.
